Story: Add a Bar Tool

As a Host, I want to add a new tool to my equipment inventory, so that I can track what I own and what is required for specific recipes.

Acceptance Criteria​

  • I can add a new tool by specifying its name (e.g., "Boston Shaker", "Hawthorne Strainer").
  • I can optionally add a description, brand, and storage location.
  • The tool is added to my equipment inventory.
  • The tool can be linked to recipes that require it.
